I wanted to post something quick for y’all to follow up on my post yesterday about Winter Storm Jonas and back health. If you were like me and spent hours shoveling yesterday and today, you might be feeling quite sore! My arms, shoulders, and back are all pretty sore (even though I bent my knees!!)
